Pricing conditions and supplements

•  VAT inclusive room rate per night, breakfast included. Tourist tax is not included in the price. (€1.07 per night and per person for the guest rooms, €3.08 per day and per person for the Jasmin suite). 
• Reservations for one night are increased by €20. 
• The rates for the Jasmin Apartment-Gîte for 2 do not include breakfast. The nightly rate is increased by 12% for 3 people (Adult or over 14 years old). 
• Breakfast Apartment-Gîte Jasmin optional from 01/04 to 15/10 at €12 per person. 
• Tourist tax not included of €3.08 per day and per person.
• Effective reservation after payment of a deposit of 30% of the entire stay for the Gîte Jasmin apartment.
•  Free cancellation and refund possible more than 15 days before the planned arrival date. 
• Less than 7 days before the arrival date, the entire stay will be due and invoiced. The same applies to shortened or no-show stays.
• The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival.

Terms of Sales

You will find below our rates for the year 2024 depending on the time of year and the guest room chosen. The weekly rate of the gîte is excluding breakfast, bed linen, towels included and cleaning at the end of the stay €40 extra.

We welcome you from 5 p.m., and departure must take place before 11 a.m.
